PUMP SELECTION CHART

Important Tips for Selecting Airless Equipment
Tip Size Ratings are at Continous Duty Spray Pressure
Some pumps are rated for tip size at intermittent duty. Only compare performance under continuous duty operating conditions. Make sure the model you select can support one tip size larger than the one you need in case you need to finish ajob with a worn tip.
Larger Piston Diameter for Longer Packing Life
Compared to other manufacturers, Airfessco has larger diameter pistons in pumps of equal delivery. Larger diameter pump rods increase packing wear life.
Adjustable upper and Lower Packings - Exclusive
Not available from other manufacturers, patented by Airlessco. One packing adjustment nut keeps both sets of packings properly adjusted for maximum life.
Totally Enclosed Fan Motors (TEFC) - Continuous Duty Rated
Some manufacturers make false claims that they have totally enclosed motors. Be sure the motor itself has no openings for air to get inside. Internal exposure to paint or moisture in the air shortens motor life and is a safety hazard.
Lowest Maintenance Cost
Airlessco pumps deliver more gallons between packing changes than competitors pumps of equal delivery. This reduces maintenance costs, downtime for maintenance, and cost of pick-up and delivery to the shop for repairs.
Proven Performance and Life for Contractor & Rental Use
Some lower priced pumps advertise similar flow rates. Those manufacturers have reduced cost by sacrificing durability, component life, and the ability to stand up to every day use. They will ultimately cost more for maintenance, repair, lost time, and replacement.
